The Allahabad High Court kept its judgement reserved in the Aarushi-Hemraj muder case on Thursday. However, the court may announce its judgement on October 12th.
A CBI court in Ghaziabad had given life-imprisonment to Doctor Nupur Talwar and Doctor Rajesh Talwar regarding the gruesome murders in 2013.
The Talwar couple have filed an appeal against the CBI court judgement. Earlier, in the month of August, the High Court had granted 3-week parole to Dr. Nupur Talwar, so that she could visit her ailing mother.
The decision of the High Court has been kept reserved by Justice B.K. Narayan and Justice A.K. Mishra.
