The Supreme Court stayed on Friday the bail granted to JD-U leader Manorama Devi's son Rocky Yadav in a road rage case that left a Class XII student Aditya Sachdeva dead.
Rakesh Ranjan Yadav alias Rocky Yadav walked out of the Gaya central jail on October 21 after getting bail from the Patna high court even as the aggrieved parents of victim Aditya Sachdeva met district police chief seeking justice.
Rocky, son of suspended JD(U) MLC Manorama Devi, is accused of shooting dead Sachdeva, a Class XII student, for overtaking his car on May 7 this year.
The Bihar government had challenged the Patna HC's order.
