Ahead of Congress President Rahul Gandhi’s visit to his Lok Sabha Constituency Amethi on Monday, a poster showing him as lord Rama and Prime Minister Narendra Modi as demon king Ravana has surfaced.
The poster shows Rahul Gandhi as Rama aiming a bow at PM Modi as Ravana with a caption "Rahul roop mein bhagwan Ram ka avatar, 2019 mein ayega Rahul Raj (Ram Raj). (Rahul is an incarnation of lord Rama, 2019 will see Rahul ruling the nation.)”
Rahul Gandhi is visiting Amethi for the first time after being elevated to Congress President’s post. He will reach Amethi via his mother’s parliamentary constituency Rae Bareli.

During his two-day visit, the Congress President will visit Hanuman temple and hold roadshows at nearly seven places in Amethi.
On the second day of his visit, Rahul will interact with the locals at Musafirkhana and then leave for Jais, Jagdishpur and Mohanganj.
Party workers are excited by Rahul Gandhi’s elevation and have planned a grand reception for their leader in Amethi.
“People of Amethi are quite excited about the visit of Rahul Gandhi. This is the first Amethi visit of Rahul Gandhi after he became the Congress president. People are looking forward to welcome him,” Singh said.
Rahul Gandhi’s visit to Amethi is being seen by experts as Congress’s start of mission 2019.
After the recent drubbing in UP Civic polls in bastion Amethi and Rae Bareli, Rahul’s visit will help the party to work out ways and means to galvanise Congress in Uttar Pradesh in a bid to make a big impact in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls.
