New Delhi:
A suspected object was found in Amritsar-bound Akal Takht Express on Wednesday night in Uttar Pradesh's Amethi. According to police, two coaches were vacated and BDS along with bomb disposal squad have reached the spot. Police has also seized the ‘suspicious object’.
Also a letter was recovered where militants have warned of taking revenge of Abu Dujana's killing.
As per media reports, the police recieved information about the ‘suspicious object’ around 1.15 am on the wee hours of Thursday.
Lucknow Division RPF Commandant Satya Prakash said that the recovery of a bomb-like ‘suspicious object’ was recovered from near the toilet of the AC-B3 coach of train number 12317.
Meanwhile, the train has been evacuated and a search is being carried out inside all the coaches.
