Case registered against MLA Prakash Jarwal for misbehaving with woman

Another trouble erupts for Aam Aadmi Party as its MLA Prakash Jarwal has been booked for allegedly misbehaving with a woman on June 2, 2016.



The cops have registered the case under sections 354, 506, 509 & 34 of IPC.

Prakash Jarwal is currently representing Deoli constituency in the Delhi State Legislature.



Recently, a case against AAP leader Ashish Khetan was registered for allegedly hurting the religious

sentiments.



A case under IPC section 295 A (deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs) was registered against Khetan at Civil Lines police station in Amritsar.
