Are Indian missiles only for display on January 26? Asks Shiv Sena

This is not ceasefire violation but an out and out act of war (ANI)

The Shiv Sena has raised questions over the Indian government’s response to Pakistan’s ceasefire violation which claimed the lives of an Army Captain and three jawans on Sunday.

“Pakistan has used missiles in attacking our jawans yesterday. Are our missiles just for exhibiting and gathering applaud at the Rajpath? Are they just for showing to the Foreign Heads on 26 Jan?” asked Sanjay Raut, senior Shiv Sena leader on Monday.

“Ceasefire violations ki baat chhor dijiye. Ye seedha yudh hai, ye hamla hai aur uska jawab ussi tareeke se dena chahiye aur agar aap uska jawab nahi denge toh iss desh ko namard kaha jayega poore vishwa mein (This is not ceasefire violation but an out and out act of war and we must reply in the same vein. If we don’t do it then we will be viewed as a decrepit country),” said Raut.

The Jammu & Kashmir Opposition also raised the issue of ceasefire violations in the Assembly on Monday.
