New Delhi:
Union finance minister Arun Jaitley on Thursday said violence can never be a partisan issue, and it should not be given a political colour.
The union minister was replying in the Rajya Sabha on the issue of mob lynching in the name of cow protection in the nation.
He said the home minister and the Prime minister already condemned such incidents from the day one where a few people took law into their own hands in the name of cow protection.

Jaitley said that action has been taken in all the cases in a systematic manner and arrests have also been made in the cases.

The minister said that they all are going to be chargesheeted against whom evidence is going to be found, and then prosecuted for the offences.
