Clashes broke out between two groups of Congress supporters at Bharon temple in Delhi during Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi’s Kisan Yatra, which came to an end on Thursday. Congress leader Ashok Tanwar was injured in the clashes.

The supporters of senior Congress leader Bhupender Singh Hooda and Tanwar clashed with each other, reports said. While Hooda escaped unhurt in the incident, Tanwar and few others were injured. They were taken to a hospital.

According to reports, the clashes took place after Hooda’s supporters tore up the posters of Haryana Congress President Tanwar.
