The Election Commission has decided to hold a seven-phase poll schedule for politically crucial Uttar Pradesh.
In a press conference, chief election commissioner Nasim Zaidi announced on Wednesday that the counting for the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections will be held on March 11.
The term of the UP will end on May 27.
