I fear what could happen if Hindus lose their patience).” He was one of the first to react after a Supreme Court bench led by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi adjourned the matter on the Ayodhya land dispute case till 2019 saying that an urgent hearing in the case was not required.

On the other hand, The All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) party president and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi on Monday dared Prime Minister Narendra Modi government to bring an ordinance on Ram. "Why don't they bring it (ordinance on Ram temple)? Let them do it," he said.

Meanwhile, Bajrang Dal leader Vinay Katiyar questioned why wasn't the apex court hearing the case on a daily basis. Alleging that Congress was pressurising the top court, Katiyar said as quoted by News18, "It seems that everything is happening due to pressure by Congress and that these dates are because Kapil Sibal and Prashant Bhushan do not want it to be heard daily."

RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh) chief Mohan Bhagwat had also demanded a law for the construction of Ram temple in Uttar Pradesh’s Ayodhya. Bhagwat had said that politics is delaying the constructing of the temple.

In his annual Vijayadashami address in Maharashtra’s Nagpur, the RSS chief said, “The government should clear the path for construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya through an appropriate and requisite law.
