In a shocking statement, Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan alleged that women in Jammu and Kashmir and other sensitive areas chop off the private parts of soldiers in retaliation to army’s excesses.
"Soldiers have been beaten by women in Kashmir, Jharkhand and Assam and their private parts were also chopped off. India's truth is that women are forced to act against Army rapists. It is a message that Hindustan should be ashamed of’’ said Khan from Rampur, Uttar Pradesh.
Moreover, the seasoned SP politician criticized the incumbent BJP government in UP.
Attacking the law and order scenario, Azam Khan said that incidents of loot, rape and murder had increased since Yogi Adityanath assumed power in the state. He also warned that he would lead a protest if no improvement was visible in the administration.
Azam Khan is known for his controversial statements. Earlier on May 29, Azam Khan had said that girls should stay away from places where they might be molested.
Azam’s comments had come in relation to an eve-teasing incident that took place in Uttar Pradesh Rampur’s village.
