In a shocking incident, dead body of Income Tax officer’s son was found near a lake in Bengaluru. The dead body was found after ten days of his kidnaping. Following that, police arrested four people including a friend of victim.
The decomposed body of 19-year-old Sharath Kumar was found near the Narasimhayyana lake in the southern part of Bengaluru. Sharath was an engineering student.
Sharath was killed and his body was dumped in lake. After two days, his body started to float in the lake. Seeing that, the murderers tied his dead body to stones and threw it again into lake. However, the perpetrators of crime took out the body and buried it to destroy evidence.
One of the four accused was acquaintance of Sharath. They lured Sharath to a foreign bike by asking him to visit a place where the bike was kept. Sharath was very fond of foreign bikes. The kidnappers nabbed Sharath in a car
Fearing that they would be arrested, Kidnappers killed Sharath. They had demanded Rs 50 lakh as ransom from the parents.
In the video message, Sharath had said that he was kidnapped by some people looking like "terrorists" and they were demanding Rs 50 lakh as ransom.
