Shocking: Policemen drag corpse with rope around neck in Bihar

In a shocking incident which has revealed the insensitivity of the police in Bihar, cops in Vaishali district tied a corpse with his neck and dragged the dead body after it was spotted by the locals. The incident has brought shame to the humanity.

A rope was tied to the neck of the dead body and was dragged to over a thousand metres after having pulled it out of river Ganga.

The incident took place in front of many keen eyes, who didn't even say a word to stop this act of police.
