Bihar topper scam: Fake topper Ruby Rai arrested

Ruby Rai, Bihar district topper who was accused of cheating earlier this month, has been arrested by the Special Task Force investigating the case. Rai had topped the Bihar's Class 12 exams in the Arts stream this year but failed to answer a simple question about her subject.

Another student who secured top marks in Science was not able to answer elementary questions which later highlighted their incompetency and questioned their ranks.

Baccha Rai, chairman of VCR College has already been arrested by Bihar police. Former BSEB chairman Lalkeshwar Prasad Singh and wife Usha Sinha have been already been arrested by the SIT.
