BJP and RSS neither love cow nor religion, they just love power: Rahul Gandhi

Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday attacked Bhartiya Janta Party and RSS during his Khat Sabha in Kanpur rural. Addressing the rally, Rahul Gandhi accused BJP and RSS of power hunger. 

“BJP and RSS neither love cow nor religion. They just love power,” Rahul Gandhi said.

Taking a jibe at ruling Samajwadi Party’s supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav, Congress VP said Mulayam can only shoot empty threats against Narendra Modi as PM controls the reins of CBI.

“When it comes to attacking BJP, Mulayam keeps mum,” alleged Rahul Gandhi. 

Further extending his attack on Samajwadi party, Rahul Gandhi accused Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav of making false promises.

Appealing to Congress party supporters present at the rally, Rahul Gandhi asked them to give Congress a chance to change the picture of Uttar Pradesh in next assembly elections due in 2017.
