Lucknow:
The Bhartiya Janta Party Yuva Morcha (BJYM) members on Thursday showed black flags to Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi in Lucknow. Rahul was there to attend the 'Dalit conclave'.
Ahead of Rahul's visit, clashes broke out between BJYM and Youth Congress members.
Rahul, however, spoke at the Dalit Netratitva vikas sammelan in Lucknow after the incident.
"Look at the list of VCs of central universities right now, all of them are RSS people," said Rahul.
He also attacked Mayawati saying she didn't took steps for upliftment of Dalits and that the Congress wants to empower Dalit youths.
