With only two weeks to go for the Haryana Assembly Elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi are set to address rallies in poll bound Haryana. PM Modi will address his rally in Ballabhgarh in Faridabad district, while Gandhi scion will be campaigning in Nuh district. After over two months of communication blockade in Jammu and Kashmir, the postpaid mobile services are set to resume from Monday afternoon. The Valley has nearly 66 lakh mobile subscribers out of which nearly 40 lakh subscribers have post-paid facilities.
