Yasin Malik To Face Trial In 29-Year-Old IAF Personnel Killing Case, Summons Issued
A special court will hold trial on October 1 in a case registered against Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chief Yasin Malik for killing 4 IAF personnel on the outskirts of Srinagar city on January 25, 1990. Summons have been issued against Yasin Malik and three others in the case. Malik is currently in Tihar jail in connection with terror finding case and his outfit was recently banned under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
Unnao Rape Survivor Records Statement At Temporary Court In AIIMS
The survivor of Unnao gangrape, who is undergoing treatment at the AIIMS, will record her statement before a judge at a temporary court set up inside the medical institutes’ premises on Wednesday. Prime accused Kuldeep Singh Sengar has also been brought to AIIMS for recording statement. Earlier, the CBI had recorded the statement of the survivor. The 19-year-old is undergoing treatment for her grievous injuries at AIIMS. Previously, 19-year-old reportedly spoke about how the truck involved in the crash came straight towards her car.
