Karnataka Home minister has issued special guidelines to the police, directing them to take precautionary measures, ahead of SC's order on Cauvery water dispute.
Section 144 has been imposed in Mandya's Sanjay circle ahead of SC's order on Cauvery water dispute, to be heard on Tuesday.
He has directed police to keep ready fire engines & required emergency forces at sensitive areas around Cauvery belt including Bengaluru.
Karnataka HM has also directed police to flag march around sensitive areas. He appealed pro-Kannada activists,farmers' associations to maintain peace.
