Comedy of Terrors in MP | Criminals take cops hostage, use police vehicle to kidnap girl

This seems straight out of a comedy movie.

In a rather sarcastic incident reported from Madhya Pradesh, few unidentified men on Sunday night looted a Dial 100 Police Vehicle at gunpoint, held the policemen captive and kidnapped a girl from Panna's Bamurha village.

SP Panna Riyaz Iqbal said, “A man called Dial 100 last night. When police reached the spot they found a man in an inebriated condition lying on the road. When two cops got down to help him, he took out a pistol and was joined by 4 other men. They held the 2 cops captive and fled with the vehicle.

“They used it to kidnap a girl. Then they released the cops and the vehicle and fled with the girl in their own vehicle. The girl is from Bamurha village. We have formed two teams to find the girl and investigation is underway,” said Iqbal.
