New Delhi:
A complaint on Monday was filed against AAP MLA Sahiram Pahalwan, who represents Tughlakabad constituency. In the filed FIR, Pahalwan was charged for fighting with a man named Yogendra Bidhuri. The complaint was made in Okhla industrial area.
The complaint is made against Sahi Ram Pahalwan is made under section 324, 341 and 506/34. It is noticeable that some days earlier, AAP MLA Sarita Singh was alleged to have taken bribe. This points to the fact that there are rising number of cases against AAP MLA’s these days.
Complaints are also filed against AAP MLA Dinesh Mohaniya and Amanatulla Khan earlier on different issues respectively.
