The Government of India on Sunday announced a complete shutdown in 75 districts across the country where coronavirus cases have been reported so far. The respective state governments have been asked to ensure that the poor and needy don't face problems in these districts during lockdown. The decision of lockdown was taken after a high-level meeting attended by chief secretaries of all states and the cabinet secretary and the principal secretary to the prime minister.
