Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh on Tuesday said the international community should declare Pakistan a “terrorist state”.

“Killing soldiers in their sleep is an act of extreme cowardice. India should seal its border,” the sect leader said.

Singh said a lot of statements have been made across the world about Pakistan but nothing has been done so far.

“Statements are not enough. It is time that India moved the international fora to declare Pakistan a terrorist state.
Only when their foreign funding is stopped, they might be forced to mend their ways,” he said.
