Delhi Budget 2016: Manish Sisodia cuts VAT, promises drinkable water by December 2017

Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Monday tabled the Delhi Budget for the second time.Focusing on basic needs he allocated funds in education sector, green technologies and also reduced VAT from key things to benefit people of Delhi. He also promised drinkable water in all colonies by end of December 2017.
