Dense fog continues to affect train and flight services in North India

The dense fog in North India including Delhi-NCR has hugely affected trains and flights operations resulting to delay and cancellation of services.

Several trains have also been rescheduled from Delhi area stations including New Delhi Railway Station, Old Delhi Railway Station and Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station. As per Northern Railways, at present 24 trains delayed (Arriving late in Delhi area), 5 rescheduled due to prevailing fog conditions and one cancelled. 

Number of trains delayed and cancelled are as follows:

Trains Arriving late in Delhi area = 24

Trains Rescheduled (Put Back) = 5

Trains Cancelled = 1

6 International and 8 domestic flights from/to Delhi delayed following poor visibility caused due to foggy weather.
