A 22-year-old woman was allegedly killed by his husband in North Delhi on Sunday, the police said. The couple developed some differences in their relationship and used to have fights over trivial issues.
Komal, who recently left his in-laws house after a fight with her husband Manoj was staying at her parents’ house in Raghubir Nagar.
The Incident took place on Saturday evening when Manoj visited his in-law’s house in Raghubir Nagar to meet Komal. He then asked Komal to come with him as he had planned a surprise for her.
Manoj Then took Komal to Bonta park where he asked her to close her eyes and strangled her with a clutch wire to death.
He left Bonta Park after killing her and called one of his friends who stays near his house in Kanjhawala and told him about the incident.
However, Manoj’s friend informed the Police about the incident and he was later arrested. Teams of two police stations have found Komal’s body on Sunday noon as Manoj was too drunk to tell identify the spot.
The Police are suspecting marital issues as a motive behind the murder. And it is also suspected that Manoj has doubts on Komal for having extra-marital affairs.
