The Delhi Police on Wednesday registered an FIR against unidentified persons in connection with the recovery of two bottles filled with urine at the premises of a quarantine facility where Tablighi Jamaat members are staying. According to the police, FIR has been registered under section 269 and 270 of the IPC.
