Delhi Shame: One-and-a-half-year-old girl raped in Hauz Khas's Shahpur Jat area, neighbour arrested

In yet another horrific incident, a one-and-a-half-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her caretaker and his friend in south Delhi, the police said on Monday.

According to reports, the victim was admitted to Safdarjung hospital and is in critical condition.

The incident took place on Monday evening in the Shahpur Jat area. One of the accused, Santosh Rai, have been arrested whereas a search for the second accused is still on.

A case under Section 6 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act has been registered.
