Earthquake hits Delhi-NCR: Epicentre in Hindu Kush

A Moderate 5.3-magnitude Earthquake In Northern Afghanistan Was Felt In The Capital, Kabul, And Across The Border In Pakistan. However, There Were No Immediate Reports Of Damage Or Casualties.

Mild Tremors were today felt in part of Delhi NCR. People felt mild tremors around 2:15 in the morning. As per US Geological Survey, the epicentre of earthquake was in Hindukush.

A moderate 5.3-magnitude earthquake in northern Afghanistan was felt in the capital, Kabul, and across the border in Pakistan. However, there were no immediate reports of damage or casualties.

Strong tremors were also felt in Islamabad and its adjoining areas. Daily Pakistan said the earthquake that “shook the country from Mansehra to Kasur”, lasted for only few second.
