Elphinstone Road stampede: Bollywood reacts on the tragic incident

Bollywood celebrities such as Anupam Kher and Shekhar Kapur have condemned and reacted on the stampede occurred at the foot over bridge at Mumbai’s Elphinstone Road Station on Friday.

The incident took place at around 10:30 A.M. killing over 22 people and leaving more than 35 injured due to heavy crowd at the foot over bridge after rains.

Those injured have been rushed to KEM Hospital.

Police Officials suspects a short-circuit with a loud noise near the bridge leading to panic resulting in the stampede.

Bollywood celebrities have reacted on the incident and took their Twitter handle to share condolences.
