Stating that the economy is in bad shape, former Reserve Bank governor C Rangarajan has said at the current growth rate, reaching the USD 5-trillion GDP target by 2025 is "simply out of question". The Modi government soon after assuming office for the second term has set a target of taking the economy to $5 trillion over the next five years. But since there have been dark clouds gathering all over the economy leading many to question the maintainability of the target. A former top White House adviser on Russia on Thursday termed the impeachment proceedings against US President Donald Trump as “fictional narrative” pushed by Russia. Democrats launched an impeachment inquiry over claims that Trump pressured Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky in a July 25 phone call to look into what the US leader said were corrupt business deals involving Biden. Petrol, Diesel Prices: Check Latest Fuel Rates In India On November 22

Fuel prices saw marginal changes on Friday, November 21. As per the Indian Oil website, on Friday, the petrol rates are Rs 74.35 per litre in Delhi, Rs 80.01 per litre in Mumbai, Rs 77.04 per litre in Kolkata, and Rs 77.29 per litre in Chennai, respectively. However, diesel prices remained unchanged. Diesel prices in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai remained at Rs 65.84, Rs 68.25, Rs 69.06 and Rs 69.59 per litre respectively. In Noida, petrol is retailing at Rs 75.78 a litre, while diesel price is Rs 66.15 a litre. The price of petrol in Gurugram is Rs 73.98 a litre while diesel was selling at Rs 65.18 a litre. Read more...
