Farmer deaths: MNS workers vandalise Yavatmal agriculture office

The Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) workers have vandalised the property at Yavatmal agriculture office over farmer deaths, according to a video released by news agency ANI.

In the video, the workers can be seen vandalising the office and throwing chairs on the table of an officer. They are threatening the officer-in-charge on the issue of farmer deaths.

The incidents of farmer deaths due to the spraying of toxic pesticides in the Yavatmal area have recently come into limelight. Several farmers were also admitted to various hospitals.
