Landing operations at Delhi Airport have been suspended due to dense fog in the national capital.

Visibility due to fog is around 125 metres. Due to thick fog rail services and flight operations have been affected severely in the national capital region.

At least 28 trains were delayed, 10 reschedules and 1 cancelled on Monday due to a heavy blanket of fog covering many parts of north-India  and other operational reasons.

Delhi recorded temperature of 11 degree Celsius at 8 AM while air humidity stood at 96 per cent.

Temperature nosedived after showers last week.
