A rape case was filed against former Uttarakhand minister Harak Singh Rawat late Friday night on a complaint lodged by a 32-year-old woman. The case against Rawat was lodged at Safdarjung police station in South Delhi. The victim has alleged that the former minister raped her at his Green Park residence, said a senior police officer.
