A minor fire broke out on the first floor of the Election Commission of India’s (ECI) office in New Delhi on Monday afternoon.
A senior officer from Delhi Fire Services said that the flames were erupted in an electrical switchboard.
Four fire tenders were rushed to the spot after receiving a call at around 12:00 PM. The fire was controlled within five minutes. No casualties have been reported.
