Follow these steps to check your name in NRC draft list

The first draft of the National Register of Citizens (NRC) was published on Sunday carrying the names of 1.9 crore people out of the 3.29 crore total applicants in Assam recognising them as legal citizens of India.

Follow these steps to check your name in NRC draft list:

You can check your name by visiting nrcassam.nic.in, nrcdraft.in/NRCDraft, partdraftnrcassam.in, assam.mygov.in and assam.gov.in. 

You can walk into your respective NRC Sewa Kendra (NSK) from 10 am to 4 pm from January 2 to January 31 on all working days.

Pre-register your mobile number by sending an SMS to 97555655 or 9108464438 or 9108464450. If your name is included in the NRC draft, you will receive an SMS automatically. 

Send an SMS from your pre-registered mobile number to 97555655/ 9108464438/ 9108464450 in the format ‘ARN space ARN (number)’ to get information on the inclusion of your name in the NRC draft.
