Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Saturday said that Congress party stands with bereaved families of children who died at Gorakhpur hospital.
“In UP's Gorakhpur more than 60 children have died. Congress party is with the bereaved families,” said Rahul.
"Heart-wrenching; I am unable to sleep for the last two days. Will speak to Yogi Adityanath, strong action should be taken," said Paswan.
Speaking on children’s death in Gorakhpur, RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav said that it is very sad. He added that it is murder of children.
The death toll in Gorakhpur’s BRD Hospital continues to rise one more child lost life to encephalitis in early hours of Saturday. The agency reports in the morning had indicated that the hospital continues to suffer from shortage of Oxygen supply, which had allegedly led to the death of 64 children over six days.
