Is the “grand alliance” being proposed by opposition parties to oust the Bharatiya Janata Party from power in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections just “imaginary”? It is, as there is nobody to lead it, party national spokesperson Nalin Kohli said on Saturday.
“The grand alliance is imaginary. Who is going to lead it, what will be its ideology, who will be part of it and who would be left out is not clear,” Kohli told reporters in Kolkata.

Modi said people were well aware of the Congress party's intention and had started calling it a ‘bail gaadi’ (Hindi term for a bullock cart).
