Honeypreet Insaan, Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Singh’s ‘adopted daughter’, is not co-operating in interrogation claims Haryana Police on Thursday.
Panchkula Police Commissioner talking told the media, “Honeypreet is not co-operating in police interrogation as desired. If she continues in following manner we will have to ask for further remand”
Sources in the the police department said that Haryana Police will approach the court for Honeypreet's narcotic test.
Haryana Police had arrested Dera chief Gurmeet Singh’s 'adopted daughter' from Zirakpur, around 25 kilometers from Haryana-Punjab capital Chandigarh on Tuesday. Haryana Police working on intelligence inputs made raids and arrested Honeypreet from her hideout in Zirakpur, an adjoining city to Panchkula.

Honeypreet has been charged with sedition by Haryana government for allegedly inciting violence after a Panchkula CBI court held Dera chief Gurmeet Singh guilty in a rape case.
Haryana Police on Tuesday has interrogated her for more than five hours but she did not answer to the questions.

A senior police officer said, “She was evasive in her replies about her whereabouts and her roles in inciting violence.”
