Heavy rains threw traffic out of gear at several places in Delhi and NCR as water-logging crippled vehicular movement in parts of the city causing hardship to commuters.

The areas where water stagnated following the afternoon showers include Sadar Bazar area in  Gurugram, Mandi House, Ramakrishna Ashram Marg metro station, Civil Lines in Delhi.
