Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP president Amit Shah and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be the star campaigners for the saffron party in the poll-bound Himachal Pradesh.
With just two weeks left for the Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party has released the list of its 40 star campaigners for the state.
The star campaigner list also includes chief ministers of UP, goa, Madhya Pradesh, Uttrakhand and Madhya Pradesh.
According to the list released top five campaigners are Modi, Shah, Union Minister Rajnath Singh, Arun Jaitley and Nitin Gadkari.
Four top women leaders of the BJP including Minister of External Affairs of India Sushma Swaraj, Rajya Sabha member Smriti Irani, Minister of Drinking Water and Sanitation Uma Bharti.
The BJP Himachal Pradesh is yet to release dates of the star campaigners visit in the state.
BJP earlier earlier this week had announced a list of 68 candidates for the upcoming Himachal Assembly elections. Former chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal and Himachal Pradesh BJP chief Satpal Singh Satti are among the party candidates for the state assembly polls. The saffron party is yet to announce chief ministerial candidate for the state.

The list misses veterna BJP leaders like LK Advani and fromer finance minister Yashwant Sinha.
