The Stingri area of Himachal Pradesh's Lahaul, Spiti district witnessed a fresh snowfall on Sunday afternoon.
According to agency reports, a good many roads are still blocked even after hours of snowfall.
A bunch of vehicles which were passing the area got stucked due to the fall.
The road which makes Manali-Leh communication easy also got disrupted because snows blocking the roads are yet to be removed.

Apart from these two districts a fresh snowfall also took place at Badrinath of Uttarakhand district.

Daily lives have been hugely affected in those areas due to this sudden fall.

The pilgrimages which are happened to be taken place every year at Badrinath may also be affected due to the incident.

However, portals of the Dham are still scheduled to open on May 6th 2017.
