A senior leader of Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Mahasabha (ABHM) on Saturday reacted sharply to actor Kamal Haasan’s Hindu terror remark by saying that he should be shot dead.
“There is no other way to handle people like Kamal Haasan but to either hang them or shoot them dead,” Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Mahasabha leader Pt. Ashok Sharma said.
“These people accuse the followers of Hinduism of Hindu terror only to push their own biased communal agenda,” he added.
Earlier on Thursday, Kamal Haasan in his regular column in a Tamil weekly news magazine wrote that terrorism has spread to right-wing camps.
Hassan in his column published in Tamil Magazine Ananda Vikat wrote, “Earlier, the right-wing Hindu groups would not indulge in violence. They used to hold dialogues with opponents but now they resort to violence.”
Haasan further writes, “The right-wing groups cannot deny Hindu terrorism in their camps as well.”
