Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh's adopted daughter Honeypreet Kaur Insan who was arrested on October 3 has not been cooperative with the police investigation and is missleading the police said Panchkula Police Commissioner A S Chawla recently.
As per sources Honeypreet Insan has been asked approximately 300 questions but none of them were answered properly by her. She has been accused of changing her statements frequently because of which she has been taken to an undisclosed location on Saturday for further interrogation reports India Today.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT) investigating the case is coordinating with the Haryana police's crime branch but has not met with enough success in extracting any logical confession from the chief confidante of Gurmeet Singh.
The decision to take Honeypreet to an undisclosed location for interrogation has been taken in order to avoid media attention and any kind of drama that may hamper the plan.
It is also reported that female police officers were dressed as dummies of Honeypreet and her associate Sukjdeep Kaur. In order to map her previous movements while she was absconding the police took Honeypreet to all such locations which they supected with the hope of breaking her down so that she answers the questions.
