The CAT 2016 results have been officially declared on the official website and now for further admission into new IIMs for the next batch of 2017-19, IIM Rohtak has decided to conduct the Common Admission Process (CAP).

For further admission onto IIM Rohtak, Ranchi, Raipur, Trichy, Kashipur, Udaipur, Amritsar, Bodh Gaya and Sambalpur, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear for Personal Interview(PI) and Written Analysis (WA).

Last year, IIM Kashipur conducted Common Admission Process. IIM Rohtak will share the results with other IIM’s post evaluation.

As per the shortlisting criteria it has been suggested for 8th batch of IIM Rohtak, that more weightage will be given to female and non-engineering background students while shortlisting students to ensure a healthy mix of candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Those candidates who have been called by more than 1 older IIM will have their scores averaged across the IIMs where they have been interviewed.

Finally, the scores of PA Process will be shared with the other IIMs participating in CAP, who will then make their own merit lists according to the normalized scores.
