Bhopal:
Income Tax department officials conducted raid at the office and residence of BJP leader Sushil Vaswani on Tuesday. Income Tax officials have been conducting raid across India since the PM Narendra Modi on November 8 announced to demonetise Rs 500 and Rs 1000 currency notes. Â Â
According to sources, Sushil Vasvani is also the Chairman of co-operative bank. There are also reports that , Vasvani exchanged defunct Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes to buy newer phones on a large scale.Â
