Moreover, we want them to know each aspect of designing their home interiors and to facilitate that we have introduced our new Whatsapp ChatBot API.” On 10th July, this new application was implemented on all office Whatsapp numbers of the firm so that customers who send Whatsapp messages on any of these numbers, will get a quick response.
Mr. Chanduka further said, “We have planned to implement this Whatsapp ChatBot API as ChatGPT of Plywood & Home Interiors Trade, where one can get all answers about each product, their technical specifications and other details with just a tap of a button. Our idea is not only to sell our products to our customers but also to educate them about home interior products so that they make an informed decision while they are out buying material for their homes”.
So from home design ideas, product warranty and product detailing to launch schemes, special offers and new products, customers of Saanvi Enterprises can know all within a few minutes. They do not need to visit the 2000 sq ft display showroom of Saanvi Enterprises from the beginning. Mr. Chanduka says we want our customers to come to our showroom with an informed decision about how they wish to design their house and what material they want to purchase from us. After the implementation of the ChatBot facility, the first few weeks will be dedicated to getting feedback from all stakeholders about the service and how can it be further enhanced.
