Ishrat Jahan case: MHA denies sanction to prosecute ex-IB official, 3 others

Bringing down curtains to 11-year long probe, the Government has turned down request of CBI for granting prosecution sanction to four IB officials, including a retired Special Director Rajender Kumar, who were allegedly involved in conspiracy behind killing of Ishrat Jahan and three others.
