In yet another militant attack in the Valley, 2 terrorists entered the premises of TP Branch of Jammu and Kashmir Bank in Lal Chowk area of Anantnag district in South Kashmir.
The militants fired on the CRPF personals guarding the bank and tried to snatch a rifle from the injured Jawan but they were overpowered by another Jawan, reports said.
One suspected militant was caught by CRPF and one pistol was recovered from him. While another militant was able to flee from the spot.
The shooting left one CRPF jawan injured.

"The injured Jawan has been identified as Kaushal Kumar of 14Bn CRPF and he has received fire on his hand," an official statement said.
While the captured suspected militant has been identified as Ali Mohammad Malla resident of Rishipora Beebagh in Shopian district of South Kashmir.
As per sources, the other militant who fled from the spot has been reportedly identified as Raju who is also from Shopian. Sources say Raju was spotted in recent videos of 30 militants which had gone viral recently.
