New Delhi:

Doctors at the Jammu Medical College managed to save the life of a 14-month-old girl injured in heavy shelling by Pakistani troops along the LoC. 

The girl named Pari had sustained life-threatening injuries on Wednesday when a mortar shell landed on her house in Rangur village in Samba sector while she was playing in the courtyard.

Four of her family members died in the shelling while Pari and her mother were admitted to the medical college. 

The doctors say that although Pari has survived but her condition is still critical and she needs constant medical care.
